Challenged to balance-out merit pay budgets with fair and impartial employee evaluations. Based on years of experience as a senior manager for the two largest electronics firms in the world, TeamRate provides a multi-point evaluation system to tie the measurement of expected behavior directly to merit pay increases. TeamRate employs a suite of domain agnostic performance measures that will drive evaluation that will not only explain you employees rating but give them guidance on the behavior modifications they need to succeed. The evaluation criteria in the application alone is worth the price of the app. As you rate your employees, the system distributes your available budget across all of your employees based on this evaluation and provides a ranked order of you employees based on objective performance measures. This report can then be emailed for post processing and archiving. The evaluation criteria is loaded by default but can be modified by the user. Users can add their own criteria as well as edit and remove from the default set. Evaluation criteria provided cover a wide range of both classic and emotional intelligence attributes. This criteria is currently in-use and adjusted with experience.
